Installation repair: FAQs
Do I need to remove the transit bolts?
Yes. Front-load machines are shipped with bolts that lock the drum. They must be removed before use to avoid severe vibration and damage.
Do you uninstall and install while shifting?
Yes. We disconnect the machine, secure it for transport and install it again at your new home.
How long does installation take?
Usually a short visit. The time depends on the type of machine and the fittings at your home.
Do you supply hoses and fittings?
If a fitting or hose is needed, we tell you the cost before supplying it.
