What are your working hours?
We work every day from Monday to Sunday, 8 AM to 8 PM. You can call on any of our numbers during these hours to book a technician.
What are your visit charges?
Our visit charges start from ₹500. The final repair quote is given after the technician inspects the machine, and work starts only after you approve it.
Do you provide same-day service?
In most areas we try to send a technician the same day if you call during working hours. The exact time depends on your location and the number of bookings.
Which washing machine types do you repair?
We repair fully automatic front-load and top-load machines as well as semi-automatic twin-tub machines from all major brands.
Do you repair machines that are under warranty?
We are a private, independent service centre for out-of-warranty products. If your machine is still under the manufacturer's warranty, we advise you to use the authorised service centre so that you do not lose your warranty.
How do I pay for the service?
You can pay in cash or by UPI after the repair is completed.
Do you use genuine spare parts?
We use genuine or good-quality compatible parts, depending on the model and availability. The part and the price are explained to you before it is fitted.
How can I book a technician?
Booking is by phone only. Call 78528 36173 or 94625 81513 between 8 AM and 8 PM, tell us the brand, the model and the problem, and we will arrange a visit.
Do you give a warranty on repairs?
Yes. Repairs and replaced parts carry a service warranty. The duration depends on the part and is told to you when the quote is given.
Which cities do you serve?
We serve many major cities and their nearby areas, including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad and Jaipur. Please check the cities page or call us to confirm your area.
What if my machine cannot be repaired?
If the fault is too costly compared with the value of the machine, or the part is not available, we tell you honestly. You pay only the visit charge for the inspection.
Can I get a repair quote over the phone?
We can tell you typical price ranges from our price list, but an accurate quote needs an inspection because the same symptom can have different causes.
Do you repair older or discontinued brands?
Yes, as long as spare parts can be sourced. For discontinued brands, part availability can vary and we tell you before you spend anything.
Do I need to be at home during the visit?
Please make sure an adult is present to show the machine and approve the quote.
Do you install new washing machines?
Yes. We install and re-install machines, including removing transit bolts on front-load machines, levelling and connecting the hoses.
